Per continuare con i piccoli grandi progressi che, quotidianamente, abbiamo conquistato insieme, abbiamo messo a punto il programma Isokinetic a casa con te, con il quale i nostri medici e rieducatori ti guideranno per continuare insieme, in modalità “smart”, parte delle tue cure.
Sarà nostra premura, attraverso videochiamate e telefonate, seguirti attraverso un percorso di esercizi personalizzati.
Sarai al più presto contattato dal tuo rieducatore, e il tuo medico sarà a disposizione telefonicamente per supervisionare il processo.
Sperando di poterci prendere di nuovo cura di te il prima possibile nelle nostre sedi, il nostro impegno è di continuare a distanza il nostro percorso iniziato insieme, andrà tutto bene: Isokinetic è a casa con te.
What is happening in our Italian Centres?
“Isokinetic @ home“: therapeutic continuity program.
The Isokinetic Centres temporarily suspend clinical and therapeutic activity in Italy, remaining active for phone calls and medical consultations limited to emergencies only.
To continue with the progresses that we have achieved together on a daily basis, we have developed the program Isokinetic @ home with you, with which our doctors and therapists will guide you keep your activity, in “smart" mode.
We will take care of you, through video, calls and phone calls, with a personalised path of exercises.
You will be contacted as soon as possible by your therapist, and your doctor will be available by phone to supervise the process.
Hoping to be able to take care of you again as soon as possible in our Centres, our commitment is to continue our journey together remotely, everything will be fine: Isokinetic is at home with you!
