Green Room

The Green Room is an indoor structure, usually used in the last phases of the rehabilitation programme and in the re-injury prevention.

It is a biomechanic lab situated inside a glass room
paved with turf, with a mega screen 4 x 2 m and a movement analysis system used both for Movement Analysis Test (MAT Test) as for the rehab sessions.

The system is made of a footboard (AMTI), three high speed cameras (Vicon Bonita Audio) and a dedicated software (Vicon Nexus). All the system is supervised from a control station that allows the operator to make evaluations in slow motion using the feedback of the footboard.

In the Green Room you will be asked to perform certain exercises and tests. We will objectively measure the way you move, analyse the forces and pressures which you submit your limbs and joints, and review muscle activation patterns and muscle performance.

There are return to sport evaluations for those who have completed rehabilitation following injury or surgery and are striving to return to previous activity levels as quickly and safely as possible.

Additionaly we undertake performance evaluation aimed at improving physical performance and preventing injury.
