Re-injury prevention

We believe that injury prevention is as much a part of rehabilitation as anything done in the pool, gym or field.

Re-injury typically occurs because one limb is weaker than the other, leading to an imbalance in load. To prevent this from happening, we always strive to ensure the injured limb is stronger at the end of rehabilitation than it was before the initiial injury (at least 80% as strong as the uninjured limb).

In addition to this, we strongly support the FIFA 11+ Injury Prevention Programme, which has helped to 
significantly reduce injuries in football.
